Fitzgerald Community Association

The Glemnaura Community: Fitzgerald Drive Neighborhood Association, Inc. is a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation of which all purchasers in the Fitzgerald Drive (Parcel R) subdivision become members. Fitzgerald Drive homeowners will manage the Association after the construction and completion of 80% of the residences. Glemnaura has dedicated all roads to the municipality and all utilities to the respective utility companies.

Declaration of Protective Covenants

Fitzgerald Drive is subject to the Declaration of Protective Covenants for Glemnaura Community. A copy of the Protective Covenants will be provided to all purchasers prior to the execution of an agreement of sale. The Declaration contains a variety of covenants binding on the homeowners to establish Fitzgerald Drive, Glemnaura, as a well-controlled residential community.

Architectural Guidelines

Fitzgerald Drive is subject to the Glenmaura Community Manual of Design Guidelines, Standards and Criteria. A copy of these Guidelines will be given to all purchasers prior to execution of an agreement of sale. The Guidelines require that a lot purchaser must provide a set of architectural, grading, and landscaping plans to the Design Review Board (DRB) for approval prior to beginning construction. All work must then be completed in accordance with the approved plans submitted to the Design Review Board.
