Glenmaura Community Association

Kipling Drive Neighborhood Association, Inc. is a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation of which all property owners in the Kipling Drive subdivision must become members. The Association, upon complete construction of eighty percent (80%) of the homesites, will be owned and managed by the Kipling Drive property owners.

The Community Association will have limited landscape maintenance responsibilities and covenant responsibilities. The Developer has dedicated all roads to the municipality and all utilities to the respective utility companies.

Declaration of Protective Covenants

All Kipling Drive property owners are subject to the Declaration of Protective Covenants for Glenmaura Community: Kipling Drive. A copy of the Declaration will be provided to all purchasers prior to execution of an agreement of sale.

Architectural Guidelines

All residential construction in Glenmaura will be subject to the Glenmaura Community Manual of Design Guidelines, Standards and Criteria. A copy of these Guidelines will also be given to all purchasers prior to execution of an agreement of sale. The Guidelines require that a property owner must provide a set of architectural, grading and landscape plans to the Design Review Board (DRB) for approval prior to beginning construction. All work must then be completed in accordance with the submitted and approved plans.
